I don’t think that this timeless classic needs an introduction, so I’ll just say that it’s a wonderfully engaging book that teaches the days of the week and basic counting. You will want to have a good collection of colors too because each sheet requires a large variety of hues. This book is packed with learning opportunities as kids will have to complete a simple math equation before coloring the pages.
I love how Baker fully illustrates 1-10 and wish he’d done the same for 11-20. " We liked this one, but it wasn’t a favorite. How many fish were red and had their mouths open? My Two fell in love with this book, and I cannot tell you how adorable it was when I saw him "reading" it aloud to himself.
